The Aligned Accountability Method

The Method is a live, high-touch wellness and nutrition coaching program for women who are ready to learn the skills required to show up in their lives as the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves - whatever that looks like for them!


When we start working together, we will determine your most important values and weave these into your nutrition, health and wellness goals. 


It's an experience with a blend of 1:1 and group coaching, capturing the best of individual and community support. 


The Method provides the tools, resources, support AND accountability (which is often missing for a lot of women in creating and maintaining skills and habits) to get leaner and healthier the right way, the LAST time, for the rest of your life.

Let's Be Honest...

So many of us already know what we "SHOULD" be doing, but we need some help actually following through. This is where the true value of my Aligned Accountability is. 


Let me ask you a question: If you knew someone was watching everything you ate and was in your corner, encouraging you and supporting you to make the choices you wanted to make....do you think you'd likely make better choices? 


100% HELL YES. 


In my program, I see everything you eat; you see everything I eat; and you may also choose to see the eating paths of all the other ladies in my amazing community. We cheer each other on and also learn these really amazing lessons together: 


  1. You don't need to eat "perfectly" to attain results.
  2. You don't have to do crazy fad diets to attain results.
  3. One bad day or meal doesn't mean anything. What matters is that you get back at it right away! 
  4. Everyone has different goals and preferred methods of eating. You need to do what works best for YOU!
  5. We all need support and accountability from time to time. You don't have to do this on your own!
