It's an experience with a blend of 1:1 and group coaching, capturing the best of individual and community support.
The Method provides the tools, resources, support AND accountability (which is often missing for a lot of women in creating and maintaining skills and habits) to get leaner and healthier the right way, the LAST time, for the rest of your life.
The cool kids know that restrictive dieting is out. Being kind to your body, taking good care of it, creating balance and having a healthy relationship with food is IN.
