My program is right for you if:
There are (3) main parts to my program:
1. Daily Photo Food Journaling
This isn't about counting calories or macros. It's about becoming aware of what we eat, why we eat, when we eat, how we eat and who we are as eaters. It's an effective accountability tool without all the judgment. If you choose to partake, you'll see what I eat daily, and you will also have the opportunity to share "eating paths" with my other clients -- it’s awesome for motivation, inspiration and meal ideas.
It’s also very positive. No food is off-limits, and absolutely no guilt required about anything you eat. It’s a tool for being way more mindful of meals AND adding in that layer of accountability which is key for some people!
2. Program Materials
I have created a highly-curated program that will give you the tools you need to become your healthiest! We cover so much more than food -- because food is only half of this health equation! Work through it at your own pace and put it into practice as you do your food journaling!
3. Coaching (Both 1:1 & Group)
A combination of both types of coaching is the perfect mix.

High-touch coaching means that our working relationship isn't just "surface-level". We will get to know each other really well and you'll feel truly supported. In my program, there are various methods of interactions including 1:1 coaching, daily and weekly touchpoints as well as community. Consider me your BFF of health!
Put the techniques you learn into practice during group coaching sessions.
This is an opportunity for you to ask specific questions about your eating patterns and bring up current challenges and/or any nutrition questions!
Just as important, you'll connect with my other members and learn a lot from each other. This is a fabulous way to get support and I ensure that it's a safe space to share.
Gorup Calls are always Monday @ 6:30pm MST
During our private sessions, we will look at your eating path in greater detail. These calls will outline what you have been doing well, and allow us the opportunity to talk very specifically about your own goals. This is an opportunity to work on the integration of skills, break through limiting mindsets, and refocus on what is important to you and why!
I will always consider your values, your lifestyle, and your preferences.
All coaching is always delivered in a supportive and positive manner.
My program is structured as a monthly membership with a joining fee as follows:
Joining Fee + first 30 days: $499 + GST
AFTER THE FIRST 30-DAYS:
Once you learn the fundamentals, you have the option to go month-to-month for as long as you need within my monthly membership option and practice what you have learned. I do however recommend a commitment to a minimum of 3 months.
There are two options available:
Private (twice monthly) + Group Coaching Package is $249/mo
Group Coaching Package is $149/mo
You maintain everything in your monthly fee. This gives you the ability to practice in real-life the skills you have learned, and cement them into daily habits!
