There are (3) main parts to my Signature Program: 


1. Daily Photo Food Journaling 

This isn't about counting calories or macros. It's about becoming aware of what we eat, why we eat, when we eat, how we eat and who we are as eaters. It's an effective accountability tool without all the judgment. If you choose to partake, you'll see what I eat daily, and you will also have the opportunity to share "eating paths" with my other clients -- it’s awesome for motivation, inspiration and meal ideas. 


It’s also very positive. No food is off-limits, and absolutely no guilt required about anything you eat. It’s a tool for being way more mindful of meals AND adding in that layer of accountability which is key for some people!


2. Program Materials 

I have created a highly-curated program that will give you the tools you need to become your healthiest! We cover so much more than food -- because food is only half of this health equation! Work through it at your own pace and put it into practice as you do your food journaling! 


3. Coaching  

We will work through whatever you find challenging at the moment, 


  • Be radically honest and vulnerable by sharing what you eat on a daily basis with me on a photo-food journaling app (optional). 
  • You'll cultivate a profound AWARENESS of your food patterns and habits
  • 2 x PRIVATE coaching sessions per month (zoom or phone) to help you to take ACTION on what it is that you need to take in order to meet your own ALIGNED goals and values
  • Weekly check-ins to keep on track
  • Access to my signature program material & worksheets
  • Upgraded ATE app features
  • Daily texts
  • Access to a private "members only" community
  • Recipe collections

High-touch coaching means that our working relationship isn't just "surface-level". We will get to know each other really well and you'll feel truly supported. In my program, there are various methods of interactions including 1:1 coaching, daily and weekly touchpoints as well as community. Consider me your BFF of health! 


These calls will outline what you have been doing well, and allow us the opportunity to talk very specifically about your own goals. This is an opportunity to work on the integration of skills, break through limiting mindsets, and refocus on what is important to you and why!

All coaching is always delivered in a supportive and positive manner. 


The Private Coaching Membership is offered at a rate of $249/mo.
